I am Guillaume Bitaud, engineer and founder of D3 Conseil.

Too often, digital transformation is disconnected from the reality. Developers do not always speak the language of business, and consultants sometimes lack technical expertise.

My approach is different. I combine the rigor of engineering with a deep understanding of your business challenges. Whether it's to automate a complex Excel file or deploy a global Data strategy, I don't just provide advice, but solutions that work.

It is this field expertise that feeds the D3 Lab, where I design my own SaaS solutions to address the recurring problems I encounter with my clients.
